I remember when BYU lost to UAB in a bowl game in 2021 I felt at the time like the whole season was ruined and there was no silver lining. When I look back on it now all I remember was beating Utah for the first time in a decade and owning the Pac-12. Regardless of what happens in these last few weeks, this season will always be looked at as a bright spot considering where expectations were at the beginning of the year. Winning football games is hard and any 9-10 win season should be seen as a massive success.
