I don’t like that podcasts auto play when my phone connects to my car.

Even if the app is closed, a podcast starts to play. I haven’t been able to figure out how to prevent it from happening. I’ve googled it and followed recs but no luck. Any ideas?

Not ideal, but I change the sort order to oldest first. You can then listen to podcasts in chronological order pretty

It used to be way better, but yeah you can configure it like ^^^that^^^

I use Overcast. I find it’s a little better than the podcasts app.
