She might have had a viral sinus infection that turned into a bacterial sinus
infection. Actually might be one of the cases where she actually truly does have a sinus infection that could benefit from antibiotics.
Urgent care could do an exam to determine which is more likely, possibly give a toradol shot for the headache, and antibiotics if they think it’s needed
