It's been decades, but back on my mission.... there was the Pusan tower that will give you a little view. It isn't that high. There are markets around there you can check out too.

If you do have time, Beomeosa Temple is pretty cool. A little out of the way, but the subway can take you most of the way there. You will need a taxi ride up the mountain. November isn't the time of year to visit, the temple itself will be cool, but the surroundings are pretty cool too in the non-winter months.
