I'll say it.
If having a single cavapoo has you ready and willing to give her up, dog breeding is the very last thing you should be doing.
Can't tell you how many casual dog owners I know that bred their poodle mixes for a quick buck only to realize the market isn't what they thought it was and breeding is a lot of work.
