Sometimes people cancel or there’s a small break in my schedule, and it works out for some people from time to time.

What gets me, though, is we sometimes have people show up an hour early then get mad when we get them in on time, but not before their scheduled table time. It’s like they feel if they show up early I’m obligated to inconvenience others for their efforts. Can’t please everyone I guess.
