Demin keeps playing around the 30 MPG he's played through the first few games of the season, that leaves about 10 minutes per game for Hall with the 2nd unit. You would then give Hall an additional 15-20 minutes playing alongside Demin at the 2-guard position.

This would pretty much eliminate Crawford's minutes and reduce minutes from Baker, Knell, and Saunders (because you'd be fitting an extra person into the guard/wing line) as well as push more of Knell's and/or Saunders minutes to be with the 2nd unit, but that also may result in less of a drop-off when the starters are on the bench.
