You're 100% correct. Many of us are concerned that as a program we don't
have that "killer instinct". Kalani is horrified of RUTS due to not wanting to hurt other people's feelings.
LaVell had no issue RUTS (just ask our old WAC conferencemates) but it's clear Kalani has established a culture that discourages RUTS.
