Of all the skill positions on offense, our WR group is the best of all of them. Then I'd put Retzlaff below the WR', then RB and then TE.

And the only reason I'm putting the TE position that low is because of their lack of involvement, that could be due to the fact that it's just not a great group.

With said the fade pass thrown is not one you post your TE up to receive. You give that one to your tallest WR and that's Jojo.

The TE would be great for going over the middle, take a LB with him and you maybe open up a running lane for your QB. No matter how it's sliced, ARod has a very basic offense and he's not a great OC play caller for how basic it is.
