Having a 10 minute plus drive is nice and all but only coming away with 3 points makes it very hard on the offense to make any mistakes after that. Kansas drives and scores (off a lucky punt) and now we have 8 minutes or so left because of our drive.

I think Jake plays better up tempo and I think the offense as a whole plays better. Do we need to play like Anae’s offense? No. We just need to be more urgent and aggressive and not so laid back and relaxed and wait until 3 seconds to snap the ball every stupid play. It just gets annoying and in most cases hurts us. We need to have more drives.

Our defense is so elite that it’s okay to give them more chances to play because gives you more chances to force chaos.

Play to the strengths and Jake’s strengths is faster offense no slow and methodical like Tom Brady let the kid sling it.
