I think the reality of college football is far more complex than the keyboard
warrior opinions ever account for. Piling on the various coaching decisions is the quickest and easiest thing to do after a disappointing loss. Everybody does it.

But, there are probably fewer than five teams in the entire country every year that don't have at least one disappointing loss to gripe about. So either there's an epidemic of hapless coaching in NCAA football, or it's just a very imperfect game by nature.
