Most of us can hold two thoughts in our head at once:
(1) This season has far exceeded anyone’s realistic expectations
(2) That was a painful/avoidable loss that reflected poor coaching and a lack of execution in key spots
Making it more painful is this: how often are we going to have a chance at a conference championship in a 16-team conference?
