Bc he has no patience when they underperform like when they throw a pick and give the opponent a short field and make his precious defense look bad. The defense is the star and you better not screw it up, almost like a passing QB is a weakness to KW. So he doesn’t prioritize QB development and it shows and gets ticked when they suck
