Search for game on YouTube. Lately they have been on there.

Yes, I have done it in internationally with Chrome and the Chrome Express VPN extension. Turn on the VPN via the Chrome

Anywhere in that region, you can find live streams on regular YouTube. Try it!

ESPN app worked better on my VPN

On a cruise? If so, they'll have internet - find a sports fan who has the internet package. Or find boat's sports bar.
