Played soccer in HS, was good, not great. Played center back. Sophomore year I was at a turkey bowl at Granite HS and was curious how hard it was. Never tried before, kicked 3 40 field yd FGs easily. Tried a 50, made it. Not to say it's the same as kicking in a game with people coming at you and the psychology of the event, thats way harder. But just distance kicking through the uprights was not hard.
