I like my Ubiquiti doorbell, but you need to be in the Unifi ecosystem already.
It stores video locally, so you need one of their devices it can record to.
I love it though. No subscriptions after the initial purchases, it has a second down facing package camera, and a built-in fingerprint sensor and NFC scanner that you can use with home automation software like Home Assistant and smart locks.
