a conference would tell a referee crew that they should try to make sure that BYU wins (and that the crew would respond to that instruction by waiting until the very last possible moment in order to implement their plan) is ludicrous. Wouldn't have they put this evil plan into motion earlier in the game when Utah started to pull ahead of BYU?
