I think BYU is better with its current offensive system than it is sometimes given credit. The cohesion will come as they play together in live game situations and get familiar with each other and the offensive system.
However, even just looking at BYU's first game, they ran a ton of offensive plays out of the high pick and roll with Egor facilitating, and he made all kinds of great decisions. It was very systematic and some beautiful basketball. I don't think it's just a matter of being "scattered around" and "disjointed," BYU is already running some good offensive basketball with a bunch of new pieces. We'll get there.
