Someone bought $7 million in tickets to win a $32 million prize in the 90's

He had a whole system to do it that's pretty interesting... you could print your own tickets etc back then so he printed them up ahead of time (it takes a while to print 7 million tickets) and had a bunch of stores that agreed to let him bring in 10,000 tickets at a time...
