Even with a VPN sometimes it still won't work. I was in China for the past
couple of weeks and I couldn't get YTTV to work through the VPN when I was there. I was hoping to watch the BYU/Utah game live but I couldn't do it. China is a completely different animal than Mexico so you might have more luck.
