Again, for the people in the back. There has been no "crackdown". It's still as legal as it was and most teams still
Signal in with signs even though there is helmet communications. Unlike the NFL most college teams still go no huddle which means the have to signal in for the receivers and any other player who doesn't go near enough the QB to get the play call.
