And I will be shocked if Wicked is better than any of those — and there are some of those of which I'm not particularly enamored.

John Chu is no David Lean or Spielberg or Malick, and the movie has no O'Toole or Liam Neeson or Ralph Fiennes or Mel Gibson or DiCaprio, etc.
