full of homers. Those homers are willing to bet lots of money on their homer tendencies. The reason Vegas is putting the spread at 3.5 is to sucker lots of money away from those homers. I realize that BYU is not playing one of their teams. But all of those guys can't get themselves to believe that BYU can continue to win and hang with even middle tier SEC and BIG teams.

Also, BYU having a huge portion of its fans who won't bet plays into the spread.
