I wonder how much teams would earn in ticket sales, food, etc. for hosting a 1st
round game.
Back of the napkin math: 64,000 tickets x $250 per person = $16,000,000 revenue (and then however that nets out w/ expenses).
It's possible teams are better off financially if they host a 1st round bye instead of taking the $4M and having a bye, but I really don't know.
