the Summer and I love it. Even in the heat, I love the open air. But there are quite a few rainouts.
With all the money in the world, my fantasy would be a baseball park in Tampa with a retractable roof that is used more like Seattle does--only when it's needed--rather than what happens in Houston or Miami, closed all season (what's the point?). In Seattle, that's defined as precipitation that affects game play. In Tampa, it would be precipitation or gametime temperatures above 82. If they're night games, you'd still get a good portion of the season in open air, practically all of April and May.
