These big conferences make me thing of the hunger games and hoping the odds are ever in your favor. College football is much more about the luck of the schedule than being one of the best teams.

Indiana is almost guaranteed a playoff bid despite a likely blowout loss to Ohio State and currently no wins over bowl eligible teams.

Meanwhile Georgia is currently outside the playoff due in-large part to road games at Ole Miss, Texas, and Alabama.

I get that Georgia has struggled this year especially on offense but I think they'd still be undefeated vs Indiana's schedule and I'd bet Indiana would be around .500 with Georgia's schedule. And I'd have Georgia as a 10 point favorite in a head to head match up.
