Super excited this season and have loved seeing Jake progress. I looked up his stats on the season today and had some questions.
- 58% completion percentage - What is considered average for a college QB and what is considered great? 65%? I heard Arod mention that BYU's offense takes more shots down the field so perhaps in his system a lower percentage isn't alarming.
- 18 TD to 7 INT - That's a 2.5 TD to ratio. I've heard that you want that number to be 3:1 and if you take away his INT from the end of the first half in the Oklahoma State game, that's what he has.
- 8 yards per reception - Again, I don't know what is considered to be good or great. Given Arod's comment I mentioned above, is this on track?

Also, while we have a 32% 3rd down conversion rate, we have a combined 40% 3rd/4th down conversation rate. I believe that's pretty good.
