I have to call bs on this. 1st you always high point it if it’s above the head.
2nd high pointing a ball is way harder to get going instead of cutting in Toronto of the receiver which allows your momentum a head start in the direction you want to go.
3rd. You can try to force a qb to make a throw but you almost never get the throw you expect at the exact time you need/ want it.
So whoever you heard this from I think is either very weak in football knowledge or has an ulterior motive.
