Of course it's not cheating. Just like flopping isn't cheating. But I don't want to win by flopping, just like I don't
want to win by gaming the substitution rules.
I'd rather lose that ruin the game/tradition with things like flopping. Whitt disagrees (as do many BYU fans I'm sure).
Both flopping and these substitution rules need to be corrected after the season is over.
