I think many people dismissed the water bottle incident as ~insignificant
stupid, but insignificant; i.e. How much harm can a little plastic bottle do?
But water is HEAVY. And thrown DOWN (i.e. gravitational acceleration) and from that far away made it a dangerous projectile. Apparently the victim was hit in the face? I hope the person(s) responsible are discovered and punished, if nothing else to strongly discourage such violent and stupid behavior in the future.
