1. Utah's defense is incredible. Seemed fitting that our only offensive touchdown required Jake to lunge over the pile on a QB sneak.
2. One underrated play was Jake's absolute laser across the field to Lassiter on the last drive. The pass travelled really far in the air and hit Lassiter perfectly so we gained yardage and got out of bounds to stop the clock.
3. Given how things went in the 2nd half defensively, I have to think we would have had a better first half defensively if we had more film on Rose. But credit to Rose, he was able to get some nice early plays to build confidence. Seemed like the perfect start for him.
4. Ferrin is stone cold. Watching him smiling on the sidelines, then hearing his response to Poppinga's question about where Ferrin wants the ball located for the winning FG - "Doesn't matter where it is, it's going through." Love that guy
