Not sure what the amount was, but I heard it was a significant amount. BYU is able to match - but, I think this is more about going all in on AJ. If we offer 7-figures to JJ, there's going to be less available for AJ.
BYU is still the leader for Dybansta. K-State, Alabama, and UNC are in the mix - but there is a gap between BYU and these 3 schools. I've heard December might be when he expect to hear from AJ. The sooner he commits, the better the chances for BYU, IMO.
