A “former coach” on 1280 this morning said he coached his players to do the same

thing. Better to give up a penalty than a big play. No idea if he was really a coach, but that was what he said. I believe him, and believe that’s what Utah has told the DBs to do in the past. Dare the official to throw a flag. You got caught. That was the risk you took.
