That would take some really quick thinking on his part, so I'm skeptical he did it to draw a penalty. He probably did
turn his head himself (rather than have it pulled around). But I think it's more likely he was just turning to look at the guy who was tackling him, rather than he came up with a scheme to draw a flag in that instant.
