Spare me the "he had a sideline pass" argument.

It's called a SIDELINE pass because the sideline are your legal boundaries, especially during play.

He's a trespasser like any other angry/drunk fan that runs onto the field.

Tackle him and arrest him accordingly. And have the State of Utah yank his salary, preferably by rethinking this whole "we should be competing with private business in this whole entertainment thing."
