Absolutely. Utah does this tons. They seem to be getting called for it more
often (at least the Utah games I've seen this year).
Seamed like last season the NCAA refs started to pay attention to teams doing it more.

Thought the same thing. He looked like he was telling the refs defensive "delay of game".
