known to be professional, or a jerk? Did he have a history of stoking up hatred toward BYU or trying to tone it down? If I'm a university president, I'll forgive a good guy for having a bad weekend, if he steps up to the plate (in this case a very public microphone) and owns his mistakes. But if his outburst is just a reflection of who he is at his core, he's a goner. He's embarrassed the institution too much.
