if that was actually where he transferred to, if he really does transfer at all. He'd be accepting that he'd be sitting behind Retzlaff for next year while he learns the system and falls in line with the culture. Maybe he'd accept a redshirt if it came down to it.
Then he'd have to battle Wilstead among others, who will have had multiple years in the program by that point for the following year.
It would not only say something of his humility, but also his patience and his confidence to compete for the job after Retzlaff moves on. And it would say something of the good relationship the Wilson family still likely has with Kalani and ARod and others at BYU.
