I’m wondering who is going to pay Harlan’s fine. I really don’t want to help pay the fine. Since the university is a state funded school our taxes help run it. We as cougar/utahns will help pay his fine. This is an assumption as I don’t know. Harlan should pay his fine out of his own pocket, I didn’t put the words in his mouth. Although I kinds wish I did. It cracks me up every time I think of it.
