Same thing could be said got an OL holding. They seem to be called randomly, not
Consistently. And I hate that. If that call happened against BYU like that, I'd be ticked.
That said, it is a penalty and on that play it took away the WR and route. Plus we see PI get called late in games often. They get viewed as game changing, but you can't say that is the only reason BYU won.
