While I doubt anybody with lactose intolerance is expecting sweet cream butter
to not contain any milk, these labeling standards are a huge blessing for people who have potentially very serious consequences for consuming any amount of certain ingredients. I am grateful that this is being taken very seriously. If labeling standards were arbitrarily enforced when something is perceived to be obvious, it would be difficult to trust them. These labels are very helpful to people who always have to make extra effort to find things they can safely eat.
