kansascougar Intervention Needed

Over it. He throws the flag in real time as the play is happening. He standing on the 30ish yard line.

Hold or not a hold?

Sideline judge had a clear line of sight.

Defensive back grabbed the outside of the the shoulder pad and almost pulled WR to the ground.
