Yes it’s clearly a hold .He got beat after the break inside going out
You can see the DB bites of the inside slant and then he breaks out as the DB grabs him
It was intended to go to him but because of the hold he can’t get there and he beat him
From the other angle Rextclaf looks left almost immediately and then runs right.
Definitely a hold. Not at all controversial
