I went and watched what happened. Kuithe is lined up in the slot on the left side with Jakob Robinson covering him in man from his nickel position. Kuithe’s route is kind of a mid range drag route. Across the middle and Robinson goes with him step for step. But then Kuithe and Jakob exit the screen. Split second later, you can see Jakob clearly standing up and watching the ball get passed to another receiver, with his back to Kuithe.
If Kuithe got tackled, it definitely wasn’t by Jakob or else He would’ve been on the ground too. There is a receiver at the bottom of the formation and my guess is that some combo of that receiver, defender, and Kuithe got tangled up in incidental contact. If there’s a better angle of it out there. Let me know.
