Here is the zoomed video from @SportsCenter with the BYU/Utah 4th down call. Look at the defender’s right hand and then the receiver’s helmet. The receiver head jerks towards the hand and his stability is affected. Could it have been a face mask? pic.twitter.com/rPa1oPmKby
