yup if the wealthy donor class cared a lot about womens bball, then team can
become really good in one offseason by using NIL to get great recruits and transfers.

There is no surefire way to do it without the NIL advantage.

Could get a great X's and O's coach who isn't great at recruiting. Could get a good face who is good at recruiting but not good at X's and O's.

BYU would have to hope that some really religious members of the church have some really good basketball playing daughters. Ignoring any NIL advantages, locally U of U has a stronger women's program than BYU has. And if some great player is willing to go national there are far better programs across the nation where the good recruits can go. Unless you got money, got to find someone who wants BYU for the BYU experience
