Indiana is absolutely a top 10 team. If anything, they are underrated. Penn St is the overrated one at 6. They are 5-0 vs P4 teams with an average MOV against them of 14 points. Still impressive, but not nearly as impressive as Indiana's 26.7 or BYU's 2 wins over currently ranked teams.
