We have an office there and it is really a great area. ~500k in the metro.
PA has a number of large (by western standards) metros that are not too well known. In addition to Lancaster, there's Harrisburg (500K) (it is the capital so people know it) but there's also Reading (428K) and Scranton (500K), Wilkes Barre (500K), Allentown-Bethlehem (800K), etc.
