Disagree. P2 is premised on Market, Money, and monopoly. Maryland didn't get
Into the Big10 because they are a football juggernaut.
Same with ucla, Stanford (other conf), etc etc.
For SEC/BIG10, it is about consolidating eyeballs, bankrolls, and status quo control.
