I hate hate hate having to call a company to cancel services which I set up on
my own.

I got Xfinity over the summer. I set it up myself; they never had a tech come out, never spoke to someone on the phone, etc. Easy. But the internet has been unreliable, with constant buffering and it doesn’t reach everywhere in the home and it’s gone out completely multiple times.

We got google fiber a couple weeks ago and it’s been pretty great, so I decided to cancel Xfinity.

But you have to call to cancel. I’m in the middle of my third attempt right now, 16 minutes on the phone and he’s still trying to talk me into keeping my service despite me repeatedly telling him I just want to cancel. I hate this process so much.
